I have to back Connor & Raman here. Zapper are making a play to profit from data that is owned by us retailers. I have nothing against Zapper and the fact that they are doing this is down to the weakness of groups like Nisa.

Nisa should be utilising member sales data to benefit commercially from suppliers themselves to drive prices down for their membership.

Retailers are wary and we have seen tactics like the £5 incentive for users before. Put my house on this incentive only running whilst Zapper need to massage launch statistics.
