Nairn’s Oatcakes has partnered once again with Scottish nutritionist and broadcaster Amanda Hamilton to spearhead its new ‘Naturally Energising Challenge’ campaign.

At the heart of this initiative is a six-week programme specifically created to support the health and nutritional needs of families with young children across the UK. The ultimate aim is to show how simple it can be for a family to lead a balanced and active lifestyle.

Consumers who take advantage of the free subscription to the Naturally Energising Challenge are delivered nutritional advice and tips from Amanda through a series of six weekly emails. The programme leads with video content and includes a variety of recipe ideas and family activities, all with wholesome and naturally energising food choices.

A busy mother of two, Amanda has enjoyed a successful career as one of the UK’s most established nutritionists with three best-selling books, regular slots on BBC radio and an internationally syndicated TV series.

Amanda Hamilton comments: “As a busy working mum myself, I understand all too well how difficult it can be to ensure my family leads a healthy lifestyle with a balanced, nutritious diet. The tips I have learned as a mum and nutritionist – some of which I share in the Naturally Energising Challenge Series – aim to lend a helping hand to all the busy parents out there. This is my second year of working with Nairn’s – a brand that I love and whose products have always been staples in my shopping basket. We share many philosophies where nutrition is concerned - and together we can show that small changes really can make a big difference.”

The Naturally Energising Challenge launches today (27 October), focusing on the importance of real food as its first theme. Participants are encouraged to share their own Naturally Energising Challenge activity on social media, using the dedicated hashtag #NaturallyEnergising.
