Mondelēz International is hoping to crack Easter 2015 with a shell-load of new product development and brand support.

The Cadbury Creme Egg will be backed by a £3m marketing investment from January to April, including TV, digital, PR, in-store and outdoor activity, while new for the season is Cadbury Dairy Milk Freddo Sprinkles. The “permissible treat” contains sugar sprinkles and is available both in a 25p pricemarked packs, and non price-marked packs.

Key sharing brand Cadbury Dairy Milk Egg ‘n’ Spoon will benefit from a £2 million marketing investment from January to April 2015 and the packaging refreshed.

Away from chocolate, Mondelēz International is also adding to its candy seasonal portfolio with new Bassetts Jelly Bunnies available in a 190g sharing bag with rrps of  £1.52 in Easter themed outers of 12.

Hoping to better what was already a successful 2014 the Cadbury Mini Eggs brand will be supported with a brand new 231g Gift Egg pack containing six mini bags. It joins the 42g and 103g tubes, and 90g and 328g bags.
