Retailers in the Welsh village of Llanberis have completely transformed a former 1940s police station and jail into a new One Stop franchise.

Owners Kevin and Catrin Davies converted the buiding into a conveneince and chip shop hybrid store before taking the decision this year to join One Stop to develop and grow the business.

With the chip shop now removed, the new One Stop store is a larger space which allows them to better cater for all the tourists, walkers and runners looking for snacks and food-on-the-go, along with an enhanced meal solution offering for the local community.

Situated in the heart of the Llanberis community in Snowdonia, the store features One Stop’s conservation fascia with a white and red logo.

Owner Kevin Davies said: “Customers are amazed with the transformation and how the bigger store gives them much more choice, great prices across the range and really strong promotions.”
