Staff from Spar Helston, Cornwall, have raised £21,600 for the NSPCC through sales of a specially produced calendar.
The team also organised in-store events, fun days, raffles, a sale of soft toys and a collection box.
“We were delighted to present a cheque to the NSPCC,” said Sue Sharrinton, who owns the store with husband Chris. “It was a fantastic team effort and staff played a big part in the fundraising.”
The NSPCC has been the chosen charity of the Spar group for the past two years.
The store’s efforts were supported by the six Spar regional distribution centres.
